Every Axeptio user has access to his consents registry, which can be downloaded at any time.

Logged in to your account, you'll see a cogwheel in the top right-hand corner of your screen on the Product Page. This is where it all starts:

By clicking on it, a panel appears, giving you access to several items. In this case, the one you're interested in is the first one "Consent Register".

You are now on the page you were looking for: at the top, you have several sorting options: choice of period, product or configuration.

Below this, you'll find an overview of each of the consents collected, along with some related information: which product it concerns, which configuration, the user token and the date consent was collected.

In a nutshell, you can see whether consent has been granted or refused by checking the 🟢 or 🔴 indicator to the left of the table.

Here's a closer look at the sorting options available:

1- You can choose the exact period over which you wish to view the consents:

2- You can obtain product-specific consents only:

3- But also, even more precisely, to obtain those specific to a given configuration:

All that's left is to download all or part of your registry once you've done your sorting and to do this, you have two options:

1- A global download which will provide you with a CSV file:

Here's what the file looks like, on which you'll find various information such as: the token, the linked product, the consent identifier, the visitor's choice (accepted or denied), the exact date on which the consent was collected and finally, the details of the visitor's choice, vendor by vendor.

2- A targeted download on a specific consent that will provide you with a JSON file:

And that's it, you've successfully downloaded all or part of your consent registry!
