The first thing to confirm is that you have fully integrated the code for calling the Axeptio widget on your site.
To do this, go to your Axeptio back office, copy the code, and paste it where you want it on your site, either in the header or in the footer.

Once you've completed this, you just have to publish your project from the Axeptio back office by clicking the Publish button:

✅ As a freemium plan: Remember to remove any customization that is not included in your plan.
✅ As an agency: If your project still is not published, check that you've correctly linked your project to your organization. This is normally done when your project is created, but to confirm that your project is linked to your organization, click the gear icon and 
then Information to select your organization from the dropdown menu.
