When you comply with the RGPD standards and submit your cookies to consent, it is possible to notice a fluctuation in your analytic feedback. Indeed, not all visitors of your website may accept your cookies, no matter how delicious they are.
But since Axeptio is in the business of exceptional cooking and our specialty is acceptance, there is no question of making concessions on the quality of feedback even if you are RGPD compliant!
So we've cooked a few quick recipes to see your acceptance rate soar and make it rain cookies 💪!

Recipe 3: The Consent Wall ✋
It is true that sometimes it can take longer to decide what kind of nuggets you want, what size of cookies... So for the most hesitant of your visitors we do as in the restaurant, we leave time for reflection and return to ask if the choice made with the Consent Wall. This way, if the visitor does not interact with the widget right away, this screen will come up a little later, blocking the navigation and requiring a choice to make it disappear. The Consent Wall can be triggered by clicking on a link, after a delay and/or after a scroll distance.
- Enter your project.
- Go to the "Special Screens" section below your classic screens
- Click on "New" > select Consent Wall.
- Go back to your configuration, you should see a new "Special Screens" section under your classic steps with the new consent wall screen > click on this new screen
- Make your settings as for the previous screens and define the appearance mode.
- Select "Custom Shadow"
- Click on "Save and Close".
- Click on "Publish" at the top right of your screen
