If needed, each Axeptio customer has access to their consent registry and can download it at any time.
Once logged into your account, you will see the "Consent Registry" tab on the side panel:
You are now on the page in question: at the top, you have several sorting options: choice of period, product, or configuration.
Below, you have a view of each consent collected and some related information: which product it is, what the configuration is, the user token, and the date the consent was collected.
At a glance, you can see whether consent was granted or refused using the 🟢 or 🔴 indicator to the left of the table.
A closer look at the sorting options available to you:
1- You can choose the exact period for which you want to view consents:
2- You can obtain consents specific to a single product only:
3- You can obtain, even more precisely, those specific to a configuration:
Once you have made your selections, all that remains is to download all or part of your registry, and you have two options:
1- A global download that will provide you with a CSV file:
Here is what the file in question looks like, on which you will find various information such as: the token, the related product, consent identifier, the visitor's choice (accepted or refused), the exact date the consent was collected, and finally, the details of the visitor's choice, vendor by vendor.
2- A targeted download for a specific consent that will provide you with a JSON file:
And there you have it, you have successfully downloaded all or part of your consent registry!
