From your Axeptio back office, changing the display delay of your banner depends on the type of banner you are using.
If you are using the classic banner, you can modify it directly from the main configuration screen via the "Integrate on your website" tab :

For the Consent Wall, you can manage it directly from the Consent Wall configuration screen, alongside the two other triggers (display delay, click on a link, or scroll distance).
We recommend a delay between 3 and 5 seconds.
For the Consent Wall, setting a trigger is mandatory for it to be displayed.
