How to pay my subscribtion ?

Once you activate your Axeptio account, you can decide to modify and pay your subscribtion any time directly from your back office.

Follow the recipe here below :

🧑‍🍳 Recipe of subscribtion payment method :

  • Log-in to your account and select your project

  • Select “Manage my subscription”

  • Chose the subscribtion you need

  • Chose you status (Professional or individual ) :

    • For Professional cookers :

      • Fill up the billing email and informations.

      • Enter your VAT number

      • Add your billing adress

         👉  The VAT rate will adjust once you register those informations
    • For individual cookers :

      • Enter your email Renseignez une adresse mail de facturation

      • Tell us your first and last name

      • Fill up your billing adress info.

  • Chose your payment method :

    • Credit card 💳

      • Enter the credit card details

      • Click on “Create the payment method” > Your credit card shows up.

      • Click on “Valid Subscription”

      • The confirmation screen shows up “Well done” !

        👉 Important : Your credit card has a validity period. This is very important to update this information. However the CMP will be blocked after a short period.

        To update your payment informations, you’ll just have to enter the number such as the first time. Then you can erase the previous credit card registered.

    • SEPA Direct Debit ↔️

      • Enter your IBAN informations

      • Click on “Create the paiement method” > your Debit mandate shows up.

      • Click on “Confirm the subscription”

      • The confirmation screen pops-up ! Well Done !

        👉 Important : SEPA only concerns certain EU eligible countries
