You can cancel your subscription directly through your Axeptio account dashboard if you have a self-service plan. For Enterprise and Agency plans, contact us directly or check our terms and conditions.
Important Information
You are committed to the period already invoiced. Cancel 5 to 10 days before your next invoice is due for self-service plans.
How to Cancel Self-Service Plans
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
Connect to your Axeptio account with your email address and password
In your Menu, on the left, click on "Manage my subscription"
Once on the page, press the "Cancel subscription" button
The Cancel subscription button appears in the top right corner of the subscription management page, as shown in the screenshot below.
