Services identified as requiring consent must be listed in your Axeptio consent banner. This allows users to know exactly which services place or read information on their device, and to give their consent before these services are activated.

The welcome screen đ
This one is not mandatory. But you know that it's always nicer to say hello and introduce yourself. It always makes a better impression. It's the same with cookies ;) So a little tip, don't neglect this screen, you only get one chance to make a good impression (especially in front of the mother-in-law⊠Well, that's what I was told!).
The category screen đ
Even though at Axeptio, we don't like pigeonholing people, with cookies, it's different! Here, it's about proudly presenting your services!
We invite you to create as many category screens as necessary (CRM, Advertising, Marketing...). The goal: to be as transparent as possible!
The information screen đĄ
Also called the functional screen, it allows you to display a list of services not requiring user consent. This one has a small particularity, it has a countdown timer đŁ, which will allow it to scroll automatically!
3. Add the cookies đȘ
Once you have created your different screens, all that's left is to add your cookies!
Select the screen "Let us introduce our cookies"
Click on "Add a new cookie" > our cookie library appears
Search for your cookie by entering its name
Select it by checking the box on the right then click "Save and close" at the bottom of the screen

If the cookie you are looking for does not exist in our library, you can create a new one by clicking on "Create a cookie":
â At this stage, you are not yet compliant. Admittedly, you have listed your services in your cookie banner, but there is one crucial step remaining: manage the loading logic of services based on user consent (see next step). Otherwise, you risk giving your visitors the impression that they have control over cookies via the banner, but in reality, no personal data will actually be blocked if the user refuses the services. This would simply amount to asking for their preferences... and then ignoring them! Be sure to apply this logic to ensure that services are only activated when consent is given.
