Shake can scan your site and automatically update an existing banner to add newly detected services. You choose the update mode and can schedule this operation at regular intervals.

Update a banner
From your project, click Shake - Cookie Scanner in the side menu.
Click Schedule a new scan.
In What is the name of this scan?, enter a name to identify this scan.
Verify the URL in What is your site's URL? — it is pre-filled with your project's URL. The scan will analyze a maximum of 70 pages.
If your site has subdomains to include, enable Scan subdomains.
Under What do you want to do with this scan?, select Update an existing banner.
In Please select the banner(s) you want to update, select the banner(s) to update.
Choose the update mode:
Add an additional step containing all missing vendors — Shake adds a new step in your banner with detected services that are not yet there. Your existing configuration is not modified.
Let our tool manage your banner — Shake adds newly detected services directly into the appropriate categories and disables categories that have become obsolete. This option deeply modifies your existing banner.
In Frequency of your scan, choose an option:
Just once — the update triggers immediately, one time only
Every day — the update runs again each day around 1 AM
Every week — the update runs again every Monday around 3 AM
Every month — the update runs again on the 1st of each month around 3 AM
In Email to notify when the scan is complete, verify or add the email addresses to notify.
Click Confirm.
You receive an email at the end of the scan. The selected banner(s) are updated according to the chosen mode.
Always verify your banner in My banners before publishing it.
