If you have a "Small" / "Medium" / "Large" plan and:
- You have a monthly subscription, you are then committed for the month you have paid.
- You have an annual subscription, you are thus committed for one year.
You can cancel your subscription by contacting us at least two months before your subscription renewal date or directly from your back-office in the "manage my plan" section.
If you have an "Enterprise" or "Agency" plan:
- You have an annual subscription and are therefore committed for one year.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify your account manager at least two months before its renewal.
