You can cancel your subscription directly from your Axeptio account dashboard if you have a self-service plan. For Enterprise and Agency plans, please contact us directly or consult our terms and conditions.
Important Information
You are committed for the period already billed. Cancel 5 to 10 days before your next billing date for self-service plans.
How to Cancel Self-Service Plans
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Axeptio account with your email address and password
In the left menu, click on "Manage my subscription"
Once on the page, press the "Cancel subscription" button
The Cancel subscription button appears in the upper right corner of the subscription management page.

Reactivate Your Subscription
If you change your mind later, you can always resubscribe to Axeptio services.
