Here's the recipe 👇
1 - Once logged into your Axeptio account, select the project for which you wish to integrate a DPO profile
2 - Select the "My DPO Contact" feature
3 - Fill in the various identification and contact fields for your DPO (you can even add a phone number to reach them directly, their photo, and even some biographical information!)
4 - In the "Contact and Complaint" section, you can choose to display buttons on the widget that allow visitors to contact the DPO or submit a complaint.
The complaint allows writing a message and sending it as an email to the DPO (for this, you must have entered the DPO's email address in the previous fields)
The contact form directly provides the contact details you previously entered (email, postal address, phone number)
5 - Exercising rights: this is the only button that exists by default. If you click on it, you'll see that no rights are listed, but it's necessary to display them.
6 - To do this, in the "Exercise of Rights" section, click on "Add a right" and select the rights you want to appear. We've provided you with pre-created templates of fundamental rights, but you can certainly create new ones by clicking on "New Right".
7 - You can modify the text content of all widget buttons through the "Widget Texts" section. Simply remember to maintain clear and unambiguous vocabulary.
8 - To modify the color shade, it is directly linked to the general style settings of your project. If you've already created a cookie widget for example, your DPO widget style will be the same. To modify it, click on "Color and Style" in the side panel.
🚧 Warning: any graphic modification made will also be applied to all other widgets in your project.
9 - Once your DPO widget meets your expectations and your taste, all that's left to do is click "Save" at the bottom of the page! 🤗
