To enable blocking of all modules, we have developed a Prestashop plugin to comply with GDPR. Axeptio is the Official CMP of Prestashop, you can find it on their website: https://www.prestashop.com/
Step 1: Installing the module
To download the module: https://addons.prestashop.com/fr/legislation/48896-consentement-cookie-transparent-ludique-axeptio.html
Then activate the plugin in your administration area.
Step 2: Configuring the module
In the PrestaShop administration area, add your Client ID. You need to retrieve it from your Axeptio space
Return to Prestashop to configure the module and add your client ID
The system will detect the different cookie versions and you can assign your cookie version to a specific store and language. Validate to save the data.
Your Widget now appears on your website.
Step 3: Managing Google Consent Mode V2
The Axeptio plugin is compatible with Google's Consent Mode V2.
To enable Consent Mode V2, follow these steps:
In the Axeptio back office, enable Consent Mode V2 to display Google's 4 consent purposes. You can customize the display. Publish the widget.
In your Prestashop store's back office, enable the Consent Mode V2 option and the default values you wish to set. Validate to save the data.
Step 4: Selecting the modules you wish to block
Our Axeptio Prestashop plugin injects the Axeptio code to display the widget (Step 2).
But that's not all, it also allows you to block code injected by a module/plugin directly.
For example, you have an Analytics plugin that you have added, you must block it to obtain user consent. To do this, go to the configuration to check the modules you wish to block.
Information about pre-checked modules
At Axeptio, we want to simplify your life and have already identified the modules that collect personal data. They are pre-checked by default.
The extensions identified as collecting personal data are indicated with a warning:
You can keep the configuration proposed by Axeptio.
However, if you wish to add modules to consent, you can do so by checking other modules in the administration area.
