You can update your billing information through your project's subscription management section. Changes are applied immediately and will be used for future invoices.
Access Billing Settings
To modify your billing details, navigate to the subscription management section in your project.
Log in to your Axeptio account and select the relevant project from your dashboard. In the sidebar, click on "Manage my subscription".
Update Your Billing Details
Once you're in the subscription management section, you can modify your billing information.
Scroll down to locate the "Billing details" section at the bottom of the page. Click the "Update" button to modify your billing information.
What Information Can You Update
You can modify the following billing details:
Billing address
Contact person for accounting
Payment method information
Company details
Your changes will be applied immediately after saving. Updated billing information will be used for future invoices and communications.
