Managing multiple projects for your clients? Great news! Axeptio lets you group all your clients' projects under your agency’s organization.

But before you can do that, your agency’s email must be added as a user on the client’s project. No worries, here’s how to get it done!

🔍 Step 1: Make sure your agency’s email is added to the project

Before linking a client’s project to your agency, your email needs to be listed as a user on that project.

đź“Ś What your client needs to do:

  1. Go to the project settings
  2. Open the “Users” tab
  3. Add your agency’s email (if it’s not there already):
    • Click “Invite a user”
    • Enter the email your agency uses for Axeptio
    • Send the invite 🚀

⚠️ Important: If the project doesn’t show up later in your agency’s organization settings, it’s probably because your email wasn’t added here.

đź”— Step 2: Link the project to your agency

Once your agency has been added as a user, you can now attach the project to your agency’s organization.

📌 Here’s how:

  1. Go to your agency’s Axeptio dashboard
  2. Find the project and open its settings
  3. Locate the dropdown menu “Organization this project belongs to”
  4. Select your agency and confirm 🎉

✅ That’s It!

The project is now officially linked to your agency, and your client will benefit from your subscription hassle-free.
